Me 262 identification question
Hello!
Could anyone please identify this Me 262? I'd especially love to know it's Wk. Nr., though any information at all would be appreciated! Also, any thoughts about the camouflage? Parts of it seem VERY dark (RLM 70+81?). Another observation is that the rudder looks like it has a medium grey mottling (RLM 75?)on a very light grey base, and it seems rather different from the rest of the airframe. This is how it appears to me... What do you all think? Best regards, Jon http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...psnnmvesvg.jpg |
Re: Me 262 identification question
The image was very manipulated so the colors have vanished... This belong to a series of photos taken by some Brazilian pilots during a tour in Germany. From memory It looks they were looking for other pilots that were prisioners in Germany.
I did copies from the original negatives from Musal: http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...ermany0005.jpghttp://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...ermany0004.jpghttp://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...ermany0002.jpg Those images have been discussed here long time ago. Mabye someone can find it to you. |
