Hello Alain,
dependent on the date of the message with these coordinates,
the geographic location could be slightly different, as there were two
different definitions before May 1943 and from May 1943 on until end
of WW2 in the european theater.
Your given coordinate is only accurate to (= somewhere inside the red frames)
12 x 9 kilometers, see attached maps.
(anyway for your purposes - i guess - not to different)

Thank you very much , the date of the crash was 11/10/1942.Would it be possible to give me some more details off of the point were the red pointer is on the map?

There was no crash in Belgien at Pl.Qu. 5118/05 Ost on 11 Oct 1942. Your crash possibly was at Fl.Pl. Courtrai-Wevelgem, which is Pl.Qu. 3118/05 Ost. If you give the details of the crash, you could get a better answer.

Thanks for the reply , sorry i made a mistake the date must have been 09/10/42 , the aircraft involved Mosquito DK-339 from N° 105 sqdn , crew Bools and Jackson.

OK. Understood. Unfortunately I have information only on the Luftwaffe losses and therefore cannot help more.
