Ju88 (2038) 4D+HM of 4./KG30

Anybody have details of the loss of this aircraft with crewman Erwin Kurt JAEGER ? A query received from an old friend who is technologically challenged but it falls outside my own period of interest 1939/40. If you can help - many thanks.
