Werknummer of Oblt. Hand-Joachim Valet's Me 262?

On 3 December 1944, ex-transport pilot Oblt. Hans- Joachim Valet of 1./KG51 in Me 262 "9K+BH" was killed in action while attempting to land at Rheine.

Various Werk-nummern have been given by authors and sources. The following are those I have encountered:

Is there any documentary evidence as to the correct werknummer for Valet's Me 262?

I think I got the Werk Nummer from Jan Horn's book »Das Flurschaden-Geschwader« but he gives the code as 9K+BH, so I think my "EH" is simply a typing mistake. The circumstances and time of Valet's loss came from ULTRA (which didn't give details of his aircraft, unfortunately).

Jan Horn is the authority on KG 51!

From the similarity of the numbers I presumed that there was an original document that is now difficult to decipher.

The NVM states WNr. 150535 and 9K+BH. It is most likely a typo and should be 110535. There was no Me 262 WNr. block in the 150xxx range.
