Friedrich von Uiberacker
Dear All,
Do you happen to know whether Friedrich von Uiberacker fought in the Battle of Britain? According to this site (http://archive.li/Y3Hxs), he did, but it seems quite strange to me, given that he would have been eighteen then (he was born in 1922: http://www.kriegstote.org/cgi-bin/ba...tuell&Id=41522). Does anyone happen to have access to his Soldbuch? Thank you very much in advance. |
Re: Friedrich von Uiberacker
According to the excellent Luftwaffe Officer Career Summaries http://www.ww2.dk/lwoffz.html... it is indecisive. He might have fought in the year 1940 as well.

Re: Friedrich von Uiberacker
Dear Sidney,
Thank you very much, but it's indeed undecisive. In fact, I know DeZeng and Stankey's database of Luftwaffe officers' careers and I have consulted it as well. Maybe somebody else will know a more precise answer. |
Re: Friedrich von Uiberacker
*indecisive. Only now have I noticed the typo. :-(
