Find name of Russian pilots

Hi guys ... there is a file to locate the Russian pilots shot down in the summer of 1943 in the sectors of Smolensk, Brjansk, Shidra-Uljanowo, Kirow ??...,

There is no such files. And hundreds and thousands soviet pilots of all nationalities were shot down in that area.
