I've looked it up in the KVK (Karlsruher Virtueller Katalog) and it's available at the military library in Ingolstadt:

Is this possible to get my hands on electronically, has it been digitized? If I understand this correctly, this is a query to the physical libraries?

Yes, it's a query to physical libraries. As for a digitized version, I don't know, but, to be frank, I don't think so. It wasn't probably published in a big number of copies if it's only in one library.
