Re: Pilot Franciszek Kornicki
Yes, I know. I vote every day, but now there seems to be a technical problem:
Oh My! (404) We searched high and low, but we couldn't find what you were looking for. I also hope that Mr Kornicki will be elected the best Spitfire pilot. |
Re: Pilot Franciszek Kornicki
Yes, yes, yes - could be ;)

Re: Pilot Franciszek Kornicki
Agree totally with the comment by Maria.
When the vote started I voted for all of them to see what happened. And it accepted each vote instead of barring me after my first vote, and if some people did that, and also voted on a daily basis, it is not exactly a 100% accurate vote is it!! As far as I am concerned they all deserved it - but this is just a gimmick, and not a particularly well run gimmick at that. Allan |
Re: Pilot Franciszek Kornicki
...& it has come in for considerable criticism in the UK. Look at the Flypast Historic forum as an example. Furthermore, his son was forced to write to the papers over the weekend correcting the dreadful mistakes

Re: Pilot Franciszek Kornicki
I would not call this pointless exercise wonderful news. Nevertheless, having met him some years ago, he is a nice chap
