NIce picture of a B-25 probably the one downed on Oct 22,1942 from the 83rd BS, 12th BG. Supposedly the tail code was "52".

In Prien-Stemmer-Rodeike-Bock "Jagdfliegerverbände" Teil 8/I on 22 October 1942 one B-25 loss is listed:
Stab II./JG 27 Hptm Gustav Rödel 10.45 hrs southwest of El Alamein
62nd victory, confirmed.
