1/ Nacht NAG 31

Can anyone please provide me with information on 1/Nacht NAG 31 during the period August to October 1944, am particularly interested in the loss of a FW189, on October 12th 1944, believe it was in the area of West Prussia., pilot Obfeldwebel Werner Topfer, Hauptmann Wulf, Uffz Glass. Unbekannt. Bruch 100 %.

Strange place for this aircraft to crash, as I thought they were based in east Prussia supporting the 16th army in Kurland ?
