Luftwaffe Fliegerhorst (Airbase) Commanders
 

I am wondering if anyone can tell me who the Fliegerhorstkommandeure (Airbase Commanders) of the following Luftwaffe airbases for the listed time periods:

- Fliegerhorst Achmer, October - December 1943
- Fliegerhorst Dortmund - December 1943 - February 1944
- Fliegerhorst Hannover-Langenhagen - February 1944
- Fliegerhorst Salzwedel - March - June 1944

I have reason to believe that Hauptmann Werner Steffens commanded Fliegerhorst Salzwedel from 1939 to at least April 1944 (Steffens is mentioned in several U.S. Army Air Corps MACRs [Missing Air Crew Reports] from April 1944).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
