Dutchman in the Luftwaffe?

I found an undated document according to which a Klaas ter Schuur served with a unit with feldpostnummer L53860.

An internet search results in:

Feldpostnummer 53860
(?) Blindflugschule 8,
(8.9.1943-22.4.1944) 5.11.1943 Flugzeugfuhrerschule B 38,
(8.9.1943-22.4.1944) 3.3.1944 gestrichen.

Is this a previously unknown Dutch member of a luftwaffe flying unit?

Who knows more?
