W.Nr. of Maj. Hülshoff's Ju88 R4+AA in 1942?

Dear all,

I am looking for the W.Nr. of Maj. Hülshoff's Ju88 R4+AA of Stab NJG2 that he flew as his Kommodore machine in 1942. And what was the sub-type of the Ju88 and the eventual fate of the a/c?
