Seeking info on Bf109 G-14 WNr.464068
 

Hello,

I'm trying to find out more on a Bf109 G-14 with the WNr.464068. Any info is most welcome, especially unit identification or movement history and final fate. I assume this G-14 was a "regular" with AM engine, production date around December '44 or January '45.

Hello Tomislav,

Einflieger Nikolaus Mörtl had a "Werkflug" on 9. November 1944 at Delitsch with this a/c. For whatever reason the BAL-flight followed some two month later on 3. January 1945. Sorry, no more infos.
It should be a regular G-14, but probably was one of the a/c delivered without MW-50 device (some a/c with Werknummern around found their way to JG 5 or EJG 1).

The G-14's with WNr. 464074, 464077, 464086, 464088 and 464097 were lost with J.G. 3 in 1944.
