Anton Mandla

A very long shot, but I am trying to find information on one Anton Mandla. All I know is that he was KIA in the Russian campaign and was with the Luftwaffe, although I don't know what branch. Any help, however vague appreciated

All I have been able to find was a certain Anton Mandl, who was, however, in the Waffen-SS and not in the Luftwaffe http://forum.panzer-archiv.de/viewtopic.php?p=182936
However, you might try contacting the Bundesarchiv (the federal archives of Germany) at:
