It looks as if you hit the “post reply” button a little too soon. Are you offering or asking? If you’re asking, then a good start would be to use the search facility on this forum, looking for “TGr. 30” and “Guernsey”. The aircraft used were mostly He 111 H-series converted for transport duties.

Otherwise you may have a big research project on your hands, since I don’t know of a book that covers the subject in any detail. At the National Archives you would find information from German prisoners of war and examination of crashed aircraft (in the AIR 40 file series) and deciphered communications (in the HW 5 series).
