A.I.1.( k) Report for Lt.Delfs 4.7.40
 

Hi, would anybody happen to have a copy of this Intel.Report for 4.7.40 and featuring the loss of He111 coded B3+DM of 4/KG54 piloted by Lt.Hans- Heinrich Delfs.

Apparently a logbook was found in the a/c belonging to one of the crew, I would like to establish who's it was. The a/c flown were from 7/KG54.
In the book " Luftwaffe Crash Archive" Vol.1 by Nigel Parker on pg.56 he credits the logbook as that belonging to the observer who was Uffz.Gerhard Bischoff who's EKM. No. 60025/41 was for 2/KG54! Whereas the gunner Uffz.Hermann Krack's EKM. No. 67473/ 33 was for 7/KG54! Could it be a case of these two crewmen's EKM.No's were mixed up and the logbook belonged to the gunner?

If anybody could help I would appreciate any help.

PS. It was a Diary, not a Logbook. The 7th Staffeln guy had it.
Possibly a processing error in book.
