Sütterlin mystery

Hi,

since November 1942 X. Fliegerkorps was transferred to Spili of Crete. I can read on the back side of this pic "Spili, Kreiskommandant Rittmeister ......hat die griechischen Lügner ......zusammengetrommelt" and no more. Can a German friend help, especially with his name ?

the complete text is "Spili, Kreiskommandant Rittmeister Urhoff hat die griechischen Bürgermeister zusammengetrommelt" (he has called together the Greek mayors).
