It translates as "adjustable angle drive." This means power from a motor can be transferred from the first shaft to the second, causing rotation. Out of context, this could be for drilling, or for something else. The angle for one shaft goes to 116 degrees, which is remarkable. Stamped on the round piece is 1:1, which means the power is equal in both rods.


At the top flugüberwachungs geräte suggests a flight surveillance (monitoring?) device for safety purposes.
