Stats on RAF Aircraft in WW2

Where can I find stats on aircraft used by the RAF that will show the cost of manufacture for a particular type. I have read that a Spitfire cost around £5,000 to make in WW2 but where can I find costs to make all the other types, as these don't get mentioned very often.

Also where can I find stats on the average loss rate percentage per type. What I mean by this is, for ever 100 sorties how many aircraft were lost. I have been told that for the Mosquito it was 5% but that might only be in 2 Group RAF.

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be gratefully received.

Perhaps I asked too large a question!

So can anyone tell me how much it cost to build the following:

Bristol Blenheim Mk IV
DH Mosquito

Douglas Boston
NA Mitchell
Lockheed Ventura

Republic P-47D
NA Mustang P-51 (merlin engined )

"Rough" estimates on costs in 1940s dollars (Many from various Wiki articles, so consider the source). Some are the 1945 costs some are earlier in the war. Probably only useful as a approximate guide.

Mosquito 67,000
Boston/ A-20 74,000
Mitchell/B-25 109,000
Ventura/Hudson 100,000
P-47D 83,000
Mustang/P-51 51,000

Some others:
Spitfire 50,800
P-40 44,900
B-17 238,329
B-24 297,627
Lancaster 181,000 - 201,000
B-29 639,188

I'm not sure of the GPB to USD exchange rate say for 1942?

Re: Stats on RAF Aircraft in WW2

The exchange rate, which was held constant was that one pound was worth $4.03. The rate was set in 1940 and held through the war.
