Around December 7, 1940. Lotte was her first name, daughter of a Hamburg bookseller. And no, not Spanish in origin.

I read nothing in Spanish, but I know That in Spain he was surprised to have good feelings for a girl who was the daughter of a mayor of a big Spanish city (maybe Seville). And it seems it was reciprocal ...

The two pictures of his wedding that I have and that come from an album of one of his collaborators show that his wife had a very important Mediterranean type.

Oh yeah, there was also one in Beaumont Le Roger, too, or at least inklings of one. Which two pictures do you have? I have two as well, but they were pretty common ones from his sister's album.
