Ob.Stabsing.

Can someone show up my ignorance and enlighten me as to what or who an Ob.Stabsing. is...?

Full sentence reads: "Staffelkaptian und Hptm. Rucker vormittags Besprechung in Tarnewitz mit Ob.Stabsing. Bohlan und Sachbearbeiter."

I get the rest of it but don't recall having ever come across an Ob.Stabsing. before.
