23-24.7.43 'friendly fire' incident Eastern Front resulting in loss of Ju88
 

Dear all,

According to Luftflotte 6 records, on the night of 23-24 July 1943, a Ju88 was shot down in a ‘friendly fire’ incident with a Nachtjäger and crashed 22 km NE of Chisdra (Central Sector of the Eastern Front).

Who can help me to the identity of this Ju88?

Flugzeugführer Uffz Brodbeck, Werner, vermißt
Kampfbeobachter Uffz Jüttner, Kurt, vermißt
Bordfunker Ofw Schmidt, Kurt, vermißt
Bordschütze Uffz Fischer, Karl, vermißt
Absturz infolge eigener Nachtjägerbeschuß. Bruch 100 %.
