Hugo Dahmer 1./JG77 Russia 1941
 

Hi guys

Several questions re Hugo Dahmer while with 1./JG77 in Russia 1941

1) Do we have a list of his claims for 1941?

2) In July 1941 he was given command of a Swarm of Bf109s and despatched to Rovaniemi, his unit designated Kommando Dahmer.

3) Who were the other three pilots of his unit? I have a note that they may have been Salwender, Lehmann and Luan?

4) Did the same pilots remain with the unit for the whole year?

5) If so, did Dahmer claim all his victories while flying from Rovaniemi?

6) Finally, did Dahmer write his memoirs/articles about his time in Russia?
