losses III./LG 1 on 23 Sept 1943

Trying to find out who shot down 2 Ju 88 of III./LG 1 on 23 Sept 1943 near Borbecke.

- Ju 88 A-4 WNr. 300205, L1+BR, FF Fw Werner Lorenz KIA
- Ju 88 A-4 WNr. 550266, L1+KS

both shot down by allied fighters.

Is that Borbecke near Essen? Nothing I can see for that date from RAF or USAAF
