Bf 109 G-14/ AS Lt Schmitt / JG 27 wreck recovered
 

Hallo,
Claes Sundin has recently published on his website a profile of the Bf 109 G-14 AS Black 3 of 5./JG 27 (leutenant Schmitt pilot)
He explains that this profile is based on the work of aviation archeologists who have excavated the wrecks of the plane (near Schwerin-Görres ?)
Does any one know if a publication or a website gives informations or photos of the remains of this plane?

The small bits recovered let me thinks that the profiles published are closer from "pure invention" than reality.
