who can identify this Lw officer, Ritterkreuzträger, and presumably flying in a JG? Thanks

At first glance, he looks a bit like Gollob to me. However, the quality of the photo being rather poor, I might be very wrong.

Hello ghost,

Thanks - could be Gollob - picture was from pilot from 6./JG 3. And Gollob was Staffelkap of 4./JG 3 from Oct 40 - Jun 41 and Gruppenkommandeur of II./JG 3 from June 41 - Nov 41.
