Questions about Soviet bonuses for planes shot down

Hello all

Each pilot who shot down a 'fascist" plane received a bonus of 1000 rubles (5000 for a "taran")-Decree n°0299 of 19/08/41-a large sum at the time,when the victory was also shared?....where,this one was shared between the claimants?

Quid about probable victories?bonus also lower?
