Galland's Headquarters in Feb 1944

Would anybody where (place/location) Galland's HQ/combat center was in Feb 1944 during Big Week?

I'm probably completely wrong about this but as General der Jagdflieger, would he have exercised operational command? I guess he'd have had been working out of an office (maybe at the RLM in Leipziger Straße Berlin) but course he may well have visited one or more of the fighter control centres during Big Week as part of hs job.

Galland did not exercise operational command over the units committed. This was done from Luftflotte Reich, I Jagdkorps and the Jagddivisionen. Please see:

Somewhere - I don't know the publication anymore - I read that during the first day of Big Week (20/2-44) Adolf Galland was in his 'Combat Center'. I have no idea where this refers to. It may also have been a romantic interpretation of things...

If it was the same version of his book that I read, it might be bad translation too (e.g. "flight companion" for Rottenflieger)!
