I would have thought the Trojca book would have been THE book, although it's a 2003 publication,
I do have a copy of it and it really is all about the construction/technical side, (which leaves me cold!. Very little operational information)
Over 500 pages all photos and some Profiles,
Very expensive now to acquire...
