For those interested, the book can be shipped to Europe and arrives in reasonable time, but at least in my case the shipping cost was more than twice the price of the book. Yet the contents are interesting. The 3rd and 4th edition are essentially the same except for the cover color. The 3rd is red to honor the 395th FS and the 4th is yellow to honor the 396th FS.
