Identity Ack Ack defences of Jarny/Doncourt airfield (near Metz) on Christmas Eve 1944

Dear all,

I am trying to establish the identity of the American (?) Ack Ack defences of Jarny/Doncourt airfield (near Metz) on Christmas Eve 1944, 24/25 December 1944. On this night, a Ju88 night fighter was shot down on or near this airfield, and I would like to know which Ack Ack unit(s) were involved in this downing.

Cheers and thanks for any help, Theo

Thanks for the tip Alex, alas I've not found a mention in this book about the sought after incident.

Cheers, Theo
