Sunderland DP181 - Crash - Nov 11 1943

I am looking for information on the crash of a 423 Squadron Sunderland on Nov. 11, 1943 on Lough Erne. I know five crew members were killed including F/O Walter G. Arnold RCAF - the individual I am researching. Has anyone seen a crash report for this incident or know the particulars behind this incident?
