I cannot help with the Emblem - but the aircraft is an Italian AVIA FL-3 which puts the date at most likely early/mid 1944

Hi,
An Avia FL-3; effectively, thank you Tom.... And he was produced at Vercelli, 20km from where I live :)
So we have a JG1xx ?
