According to the loss table in the chronicle "Stab und I./JG 3" (Prien/Stemmer 1997) on 13 Sep 1944 five pilots of the I./JG 3 were killed in action:
1./JG 3 FhjUffz Wilfried Schindler Bf 109 G-14/AS 782 338 white 7
1./JG 3 Uffz Wolfram Horbach Bf 109 G-6/AS 412 906 white 2
1./JG 3 FhjUffz Herbert Zimmermann Bf 109 G-14/AS 782 301 white 4
2./JG 3 Fw Johann Luthardt Bf 109 G-14/AS 782 306 yellow 6
2./JG 3 Gefr Willi Stuber Bf 109 G-14/AS 782 287 black 8.
