Bomber Squadron Commanders Awarded Axis Decorations

Is there a list of Luftwaffe Bomber Squadron Commanders (KG) of WWII that were awarded the neck orders from Germany's Axis partners like Hungary,Italy, Romania,and others? Oberstlt.,Oberst. A lot of them had moved up to important staff positions.

Highly unlikely. It would be nice to know all who received the Bulgarian pilot's and observer's badges in 1941 but again, I expect no records were kept

As Chris correctly noted there are no comprehensive lists of higher awards that were awarded to Luftwaffe personnel. It would be quite interesting since the Rumanians, Hungarians, Bulgarians, etc. all gave decorations to the Luftwaffe.
