7(H)./32 loss on the 26th April 1944

Good morning to all members of the Board.

Am trying to link an NCO name to a probable loss in combat. His name was KARL WICHMANN.

It seems he was born on the 3rd or 8th November 1917 and was KIA on the 26th April 1944 (this is sure). I do not know although if he was an airman (if so he may be linked to a Fw 189 Uhu loss with another crewmember) or if he was a ground crew killed by Russian (VVS) air attack.

Have tried Kracker but got no joy with his Family name...neither on the net...so maybe someone do have more details to share.

Thank you in advance

A.
