Group Captain John Ellis 610 Squadron

Can anyone help please trying to track down any surviving family of the late Group Captain John Ellis who flew Spitfires with No 610 Squadron during the Battle of Britain. Many Thanks

He used to live very close to me at between Liss and Petersfield but the trouble is Ellis is a common name
