Aircraft ID help from cockpit photo

Can someone ID the aircraft from this cockpit photo? I found one matching cockpit photo on the web and it was identified as belonging to a Dornier 26 flying boat, but I don't think that's correct.

Hi
The marking "M28" at the top left could indicate the aircraft code. The LNS 2 had an Fw58 with the registration S17 + M 28. best wishes JoMe |

hi jome,
on the right you can read another m-number. i think, these markings are for the instruments not for the unit-code... all the best jim |

Fw 58...
The sole still preserved is held at the Brazilian Air Force Museum (MUSAL), where you can visit it... Sergio Luis dos Santos, a Brazilian Historian (with great H) is a member of this board and is writing a book about this particular machine and its use around the world...a fantastic subject indeed... By the way....a most beautiful picture that of yours... A. |
