German flight testing and airworthiness requirements

While handling reports with often detailed descriptions of e.g. stalling and spinning characteristics for British and American aircraft are available even online, similar reports for German aircraft by German flight test establishments seem to be non-existent. Should one assume that Germans I'd not test e.g. spinning characteristics and recovery techniques? E.g. USN required manufacturers to demonstrate spins and recoveries.

What were Luftwaffe requirements for e.g. spins of fighters? I haven't seen a single book or article that would devote even one word to FW 190 spinning.
