DFC Citation

Hello all,

I am wanting if possible to get the details of a DFC for an airmen who was part of my relatives crew. The airman in question is

Willian Frank Possee RAF
Service number. 53824
Flight Engineer
Was killed on 14th/15th March 1945 flying in aircraft RA546 9J-J.
Operating with 227 Squadron
I believe his DFC was earned with another Squadron possibly 9 Squadron, however I’m not sure.
Any info would be most appreciated.
