Ofw Lothar Tiekenhenrich

Does anyone have any record of the above who was awarded the Ehrenpokal 3 Mar 41? No record of him with the German War Graves

Re: Ofw Lothar Tiekenhenrich

About time I asked this again as the family is now in contact with me. He was born 29 Sep 15 in Lerbeck, flew He 111s in the Battle of Britain, awarded the Ehrenpokal as stated and died in 1973. His Ehrenpokal is in a private collection. Again, the family and myself would like to know more about him

On another site there is a suggestion that as Bf Fw.Otto Stadel (KIA with 4/KG55 on 27-5-41) was awarded the Ehrenpokal the same day as Tiekenhenrich the latter may also have served in KG55,

Brian Bines,
In www.ww2.dk (Lw officer career summaries) I read:
xx.12.44 Oblt. in II/JG 107 then tr. to 10./JG 110 as a training officer.

Re: Ofw Lothar Tiekenhenrich

Thank you Chris, if you come across this by chance i would be really grateful. If you establish any further details of his KG55 career particularly 1939-40, would you be willing to update this thread?

Kindest regs,
Steve.
