Hello Andy,

From the looks of the photo this DFC & Bar pilot has sholder flashes, so could be from the Commonwealth or European Countries.

Perhaps from the uniform itself a guess can be made as to which Country he is from, as I understand that some uniforms differed in colour and style.
Australian DFC's can be found on the WW2 Nominal Roll.
