It seems to be written: "put the right wheel on the turning plate"...

Well, I "played" a little here in my work and it looks like a cart or a reinforced depot - bunker - containing wheels for different aircraft. Operational unit? Interesting item. Wheels are shown by aircraft type.

The inscription may be like "Place the correct wheel/tire on the landing gear.

Holá Sergio,
the translation actually reads like: "Attention, move the right wheel (not both and not the left one) onto the rotation disc".
Does the translation not ring a bell in connection with the well known compass-calibration disc? But only one wheel? May be due to lack of space on the disc, especially if Ju52s also were calibrated there? Who knows more?
Cheers

I confess I used Altavista translation then "interpreted" it´s significance... Your explanation for the compass calibration sounds more plausive.:red:
