Info needed on Me109 F2/F4 W. Nr. 8922
 

My only info is that she was an F-2 later upgraded to F-4…was with II./JG5. Lost May 1941.

Any other info?

Built around april 41, nd hv supported light damages in may 41 with JG..3 ! then in sept.42 some more damages with Erg.JGr.Süd 30%, nd he finished on :

Your question made me suspicious and I discovered a double entry. WNr 8922 is wrong; it should read 8722. Sorry!
Source is Prien JFV 12/I p.231

Both the GQM and NVM give the (wrong) WNr. 8922, which was most likely the 8122. That aircraft was ferried to Finland on 6.01.43 and became finally lost by II./JG5 on 2.05.43.

But...

The W.Nr. block is for the F-2, not the F-1.

Also, another list shows this as either and F-2 or upgraded to F-4.
