Virus alert
 

I just noticed that my e-mail at work had received an e-mail from my private e-mail address, and it read "zzzaaazzzaaazzzzaaa", something like that.

Obviously, this is one of those viruses which hi-jack an e-mail box and sends fake e-mails to all e-mail addresses in that e-mail box. So should anyone have received such a strange e-mail with my name as the sender, it was not me going out of my mind. . . although viruses can make you go out of your mind. . .;)
