Is it known WHEN the then Oberleutnant Jerz was transferred to the Nachtjagd?

What were the werknummer and codes of his Ju 88 G on his last flight? Is that loss recorded? I am aware of a previous thread about the losses on the night of 16-17 April 1945 (Raum Nüremberg), but there was no such details about his machine...only his full crewmembers' names.

Jerz was previously injured on Russia (Aufklärungsgruppe 122). What he did AFTER his wounding? Does anyone do have clues?
