Wehrdienstbeschädigungsliste

Hello all,

Does anybody know where these documents are today? And were these documents made after every incident? See attachement for example -- a very interesting one...

Thanks in advance

Regards
Rob

Hi, Rob.

I think the document is very interesting, in that it is a detailed description of an incident.

I would have liked to see a better scan, as it would be interesting to read the stamps and other text on the form, in order to get a better idea on how this form was used, to whom it was sent and so forth. As this form is dated four months after the incident, it has not been a part of the GenQu reporting system in my opinion, maybe it went into the personnel file of the personnel in question.

The loss record in the GenQu reports is as follows:

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for your reply - I am sorry - do not have a better scan - found it on the internet offered for sale - see http://www.huesken.com/
at LUFTWAFFE AUSZEICHNUNGEN UND URKUNDEN (1) - could be that it went into the personal file, but I have seen many personal files at ZNS/Aachen and have near seen this document and this is the first time I came across such an interesting piece of paper and was hoping to have found a new source...

regards,
Rob
