Kap L.I. Yelkin 118 RAP VVS SF

Can anyone tell me the forenames of Kap Yelkin please. Can anyone also confirm he was awarded the HSU on 22 Jan 44. I believe he did not survive the war, can anyone provide details of his loss (date etc)?
