Hello,
Horst was 64 years old when he passed away. He was always interested for the history of the Airwar over our both country. Over the years he collect a huge collection of material handling this thema. The resalt where two books diary "Zielpunkt Südeifel" Vol. I 1939-August 1944 & Vol. II August 1944 - 1945. We both where able to clear the fate of 2nd Lt. Walter W. Pogue from 364rd FG, MIA at 13. April 1944. JPAC found the rest of his human remains and parts of his P-38 (1996) |

That’s way too young🤭 and it gives me goosebumps. A question about the books your friend Horst wrote. Sold out Amazon.de, at the site Bitburg-Prüm webshop they apparantly sell only vol.1. Is there any chance somehow somewhere to buy both volumes? Kind regards. Dirk |
